- Ask for current passport requirements and baggage regulations when booking your flight
This is what you should bring:
- some kind of hat (best with a wide rim), tight boots with a bit of a heel and as little tread as possible (no riding in tennis shoes), sturdy clothing (layers are recommended in spring and fall), long denim jeans (beginners might want to bring cycling or long underwear).
- The sun is especially strong in this dry and high altitude. Bring high sun protection!
- We don't have many midges but if you are sensitive, bring protection.
- Don't forget a bathing suit for the hot tub and lake.
- Riding helmets are not used in this area but if you want to bring one, go ahead. It's certainly smart. We also provide helmets at the ranch.
- Get health insurance for traveling abroad. Many European insurances don't cover the US.

- 110 voltage (hair dryers etc. should be convertible), we provide hair dryers for our guests
- modern electronics like cell/mobile phones and laptop computers can be used at different voltage but Europeans still need a plug-in adaptor
- we don't have cell/mobile phone reception on the ranch but you can buy/bring phone cards

- Free WiFi available for your devices.

We'll gladly help you with all questions you may have concerning your travel!
